It has been said that, in this world, the only constant is change. First painting, then photography, and now video enable us to document and view those changes as they occur over time. Perhaps nothing is more powerful than a rain-swollen creek or river. And when that river is the Big Muddy, the Missouri, then those pictures and videos may be all we have to not only remember the way things were but to witness the power nature has over man's technologies.

So
it was with the Great Flood of '93. Wayne knows about this first hand.
After not only chronicling the flood on video, and nearly meeting his
death in the process, NBC's Eye Witness Video documented this event
using Lammers' own footage.
